Bible Memorizations for the Whole Church Family

Dear Friends,

We welcome you to participate in this unique adventure in Christian Education.  In this booklet, you will find 31 memorizations.  These are either a Bible verse, a list from the Bible, or some form of common liturgy.  This project is designed to be “independent” study.  Once you have memorized a particular verse or list, you will receive a special ribbon to honor your achievement and to mark that scripture in your Bible. 

Some of the verses are easy while others are challenging.  Work on them as your interest and ability allows.  Unless otherwise indicated, scripture verses are from the Good News Bible. 

We hope that you will participate and encourage our young people to as well!
