Parents are a child’s primary Christian Educator. Parents teach through words and actions every day, encouraging children to explore their faith and seek spiritual growth. The goal of Christian Education in the church is to supplement that teaching with a well rounded program of religious education and fellowship for our children.

The Christian Education Ministry Team defines the following as “teaching priorities” at
1. Teaching Bible Stories.
2. Studying Scripture passages and prayers.
3. Applying Christian values to everyday life.

1. Developing Christian Character.
2. Relationships – fostering a sense of belonging to the church community and the greater community.
3. Inclusiveness – welcoming others.
4. Reaching out – serving others in our community and in the greater community.
5. Having Fun.
