“The Chair of the Board of Deacons (BOD) in conjunction with the Senior Pastor and Sexton will discuss the need and reason for cancellation of church activities. Upon the decision to cancel church activities, including Worship Service, the Chair of the BOD shall have the notice posted on local radio and television stations for public viewing.” Adopted by the BOD, Sept. 12, 2006

In addition, the decision to close the church will be posted on the church website, and on the church’s Facebook page. Please check these sources before heading for church if we are experiencing severe weather.
